We go by many names - simulationist, simulation
specialists, technicians, engineers, sim tech, operators, jack of all trades, or wizard. I like to think of our role as the stage managers of medical theater! We have our boots on the ground and our hands in the (moulaged) guts of medical simulation. This website is a community forum for sharing the tips and tricks that make our lives just a little be easier - those ideas we wish we had learned years ago! Did you bring some tricks to share? Contact Kam McCowan <kamsu@stanford.edu> to become a contributor, or start immediately by posting your comments! Once you get the confirmation email letting you know you're listed as a contributor, come back and click on "sign in" way down there at the bottom right hand corner of this page. (You will need to set up a free Google account if you don't have one already.) There's good information on how to making new pages and editing existing ones in the Google Sites help files. |
